• Arrival, Welcome, Meditation, Opening Circle – 8:00pm
• Rest and Relaxation – 9:00pm

Saturday, October 20th schedule

• Morning Yoga Class 8-9:00 am
• Breakfast 9-10:00am
• Option for ½ hour Meditation Sits w/Guidance 10-12:00am
• Local, Organic Vegan Lunch 12-1:00pm
• Relax, wooded hike, explore Lake MI beaches and area 1-4:00pm
• Afternoon Yoga class 4-5:00pm
• Inipi (Sweatlodge) Ceremony 6-8:00pm
• Wopila Celebration and Feast 8-9:00pm
• Rest and Relaxation 9:00pm

Sunday, October 21th schedule

• Option for Morning Meditation Sit 7:30 – 8:00am
• Morning Yoga class 8-9:00am
• Breakfast 9-10:00am
• Wind down and Close 10-10:30am
• Option for solo exploration of Lake MI beaches and surrounding area
