Retreat. Relax. Renew at Our First Summer Solstice Spiritual Development Retreat

“Solstice” derives from the Latin words “sol,” meaning sun, and “sistere,” meaning “to stand still”, the day the sun appears to come to a stop before reversing direction. Signifying the end of one period (Spring) and the beginning of another period (Summer), Solstice time is a potent period for transformation, becoming still while also moving forward with determination, embracing the light and planting seeds for a bountiful future harvest.

On this extended retreat weekend, look forward to yoga or solo mindful movement, meditation class and practice, Ceremony, delicious local farm to table meals, a Sunday class on creating prosperity and spiritual abundance, and plenty of time to explore the beauty of rural Western Michigan. Take part in a traditional Inipi (Sweatlodge Ceremony) Saturday night or make that time your own; all participants benefit from other classes and simply experiencing our natural, simplified environment. Participants at all levels of physical fitness are welcome. Reboot, re-energize and reconnect with yourself and the natural world during this three-day, two-night gathering, a life-energizing weekend and early summer rejuvenator.
